Thirty days. One e-mail. The file stays yours.

You buy The Eternal Journal. You download it. You use it, for a day, a week, a month. If within thirty days of purchase you decide it is not for you, you write us one e-mail. We refund you in full. That is the whole thing.

Reply to the e-mail your download came in, or write to hello@offline.ltd. Say "refund" and we will do the rest. No forms. No "please tell us why you are leaving" questionnaires. No dark-pattern retention flow. If you would like to tell us why, we would genuinely love to know, but it is not a condition.

Refunds go back through Paddle, the merchant of record that took your payment, to the original payment method. It usually lands on your card within a few business days, depending on your bank. Paddle sends you a confirmation e-mail when it does. We process refund requests within one business day of receiving them.

It stays with you. This is the part most refund policies are quiet about, so we will be loud: The Eternal Journal lives on your computer, not on our server. Once you are refunded, we could not reach into your machine and take it back even if we wanted to. We do not want to. That is rather the point.

Use it or delete it, either is fine. Nothing on our end will disable it, expire it, or nag you about a subscription. It is an HTML file. It behaves like one.

Because "try it and see" is the honest way to sell a personal tool. If a thirty-day, no-questions refund with a permanent copy of the file feels unusually generous, that is because the alternative, accounts you can be locked out of, servers that can vanish, subscriptions that quietly renew, is unusually stingy.

Updates to the journal are free for as long as you own it, and the licence never expires. If something breaks, write to us anyway; the guarantee window is about your money, not about whether we help you. See also the terms and the privacy page.
